Naeba is a high quality ski resort with impressive facilities and services located in the southern area of Yuzawa town in Niigata Prefecture, approx. 2.5 hours from Tokyo. There are fun beginner trails for children, challenging trails for advanced skiers, as well as terrain parks for all level riders. It is lift-connected with the Kagura resort via Japan’s longest gondola, the 8-person Dragondola.

Naeba offers various types of lift tickets including the Mt. Naeba Joint Lift Ticket which covers both Naeba Ski Resort and Kagura Ski Resort, as well as lift tickets valid for Naeba only. Night Skiing is available.
Naeba Ski Resort is one of the most accessible ski resorts to Tokyo. The easiest way is to get there from Narita Airport is to take the Narita Express train to Tokyo (60 minutes), JR bullet train from Tokyo to Echigo-Yuzawa station (80 minutes) then a bus direct to Naeba (30-50 minutes). The Naeba Prince Hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus transfers to/from Echigo-Yuzawa train station for hotel guests.
The Naeba Prince Hotel features over 20 onsite restaurants, many of which offer delightful views of the ski slopes. Choose from fine French dining, New York steak and seafood, Chinese and Western style buffets and Japanese izakaya style fare. There are also various restaurants located within 5-10 minutes walk away in the town of Naeba (Mikuni).
